She was flexible on times when as to when we could do viewings, knowledgable about the houses we saw and responded quickly to all our queries. She also had many contacts for the different services we would need, such as mortgage brokers and lawyers, which was extremely valuable as we had only recently moved to Scotland and helped smooth out the whole process. I very much would like everyone, not just Compass Estates to recognise Judith Mackie for her professionalism, sheer hard work and most importantly Judith is a very lovely lady both outside and in. I first met Judith when I went to view a flat. My budget was very small. From that moment in August 2023, Judith restored my very broken faith in the Property Market in Aberdeen. Judith and Nicola promised to sell my property and find me a lovely place to live. The promise was delivered. Their constant attention given to people and not profit make an outstanding team. I now have a moving date for my new home. Judith has guided me from the very first meet and will hand in my keys for me on my moving day. I am 70 years young. I am not infirm, very capable to live my life. I cannot recommend Judith and Nicola at Compass Estates highly enough. I have had many disappointments with Aberdeen Property Market.
