Having spent several years living and working abroad, I returned to Scotland and had my passion for property re-ignited, spending fifteen years working for a large corporate estate agency group, primarily in Edinburgh and West Lothian. This enabled me to not only specialise in residential property but also provided an opportunity to fully engage in all aspects of the property market. Assisting small and medium sized builders with vital information for proposed sites, consulting with developers and investors and providing market advice, which would ultimately lead to the marketing and sale of successful local developments.
I consider myself to be knowledgeable, with almost twenty year’s experience in property, this allows me to consult in residential estate agency, investment portfolios/opportunities, private off market sales and sourcing property.

In recent years I have specialised in providing honest advice to many clients on how to maximise the sale price of their home. Delivering a first-class service to my clients and ensuring that I’m available whenever they need me, is the most important part of the buying and selling process.

I’m able to blend expertise from both the independent and corporate agency sectors, providing an unrivalled wealth of knowledge and experience to clients, ensuring that their property journey in partnership with myself, surpasses their expectations and delivers a memorable result.
