Joanna Durlik-Vitanov

I came to Scotland in 2016 with £600 in my pocket and a Scottish dream in mind. No bank account, no connections, not even a place to stay. I rented a tiny room with a shady landlord and continued to work and study at the same time - there were so many moments when I wanted to give up.

Over the last 8 years, I've graduated with a Master's in Civil Engineering and built a successful corporate career in Operational and Project Management that I proudly finished beginning of 2024 and started creating my own company to connect properties with investors.

My difficult beginnings made me fall in love with buildings and creating homes for people. Properties became so much more than just a shell to buy and sell. I wanted to be involved in giving others a sense of security, generational wealth, and first and foremost a place that someone can call HOME.

I am pleased to work with Compass Estates to be able to help connect properties with new owners, that are looking not only for investment but also their new HOMEs.
