I recently sold my flat through Graeme Nimmo of Compass Estates. Graeme had previously guided me and my sister through the sale of our late mother’s house some years ago, so I had no hesitation in contacting him again. He managed the sale from start to finish - dealing with all the viewings and reassuring me through the potential problem of there being cladding on part of the development.
(He even gave me a lift to an appointment in frosty weather to save me getting a bus whilst I was temporarily incapacitated!!)
He secured a buyer on the first weekend of marketing and established a rapport with the buyer so he was able to communicate with both of us throughout the whole process.
